Data capture

To enable, test, initialise and accelerate the integration of client data into the software solutions, client data can be imported in the following formats: a flat file (CSV, XLS, TXT) or XML.

Preventeo solutions are designed to ease the process.

Examples of data imports:

The client’s organisation (corporate, branches, units, etc.).
Contacts and user accounts.
Employees, equipment/materials.
Action plans.
Internal repositories such as check-lists, guides, standards, instructions, etc.
Local regulatory repositories such as regional or municipal regulations/authorisations, service agreements, etc.
Risk analyses/assessments.
Accidents, incidents, and hazardous situations that have occured.
Chemical products/substances, etc.
