Risk analysis & assessment

Intervention modes

  • Training tailored to different user profiles and levels of knowledge:

    • Onsite training (1–2 days for 1–10 users).
    • WebEx training (2–3 hour session for 1–10 users).
  • Direct support provided as part of the application (guides, instructions, information sheets).

  • Customised training kits.

Support

Definition of risk analysis methodology

  • Presentation of the principal methodologies used for each activity sector and business type.

  • Definition of the most appropriate methodology given the organisation and the available resources.

  • Validation of expected functionality, customisation options, interfaces, workflow, HMI, data and knowledge bases.

Intervention modes

  • Onsite visit to identify your needs and present the different configurations that can be implemented as a function of sector and activity type.

  • WebEx session to validate and confirm reception of implemented configurations.

NB: Duration of this depends on the scope of the project (number of activities, sites, stakeholders, users, etc.).

Support for risk analysis & assessment

  • Preparation of the intervention plan.

  • Identification of services/participants.

  • Site visit / observation of at-risk processes.

  • Formalisation of risk analysis/assessment and opportunities for improvement.

  • Identification of hazardous situations leading to an unwanted event.

  • Analysis of risk exposure.

  • Preparation of risk management and exposure reduction action plans.

  • Preparation of a summary and risk assessment reports.

Intervention modes

  • WebEx sessions to prepare interventions.

  • Onsite visits to analyse risks (e.g. 2–3 days to evaluate 100–150 risks/threats).
