Intervention modes

  • Training tailored to different user profiles and levels of knowledge:

    • Onsite training  (1–2 days for 1–10 users).
    • WebEx training (2–3 hour sessions for 1–10 users).
  • Direct support provided as part of the application (guides, instructions, information sheets).

  • Customised training kits.

NB: Duration of this depends on the scope of the project (nunber of activities, sites, stakeholders, users, etc.).

Support for regulatory compliance assessments

  • Preparation of compliance assessment planning.

  • Identification of services / participants.

  • Visit to sectors to be evaluated.

  • Evaluation of regulatory compliance by sector.

  • Identification of the key documents required (proof of compliance).

  • Summary of the most important actions to be taken.

  • Delivery of a full audit report.

  • Wrap-up meeting.

Intervention modes

  • WebEx session to prepare the intervention.

  • Onsite visit to assess compliance (e.g. 2–3 days to evaluate 1,000–3,000 requirements).

NB: Duration of this depends on the scope of the project (number of activities, sites, stakeholders, users, etc.).

Co-management of monitoring & regulatory compliance

  • Detailed, customised presentation of new requirements and the conditions under which they apply.

  • Periodic checks for changes to applicable regulations.

  • Advice on the implementation of compliance assessments.

  • Updates to action plans and mandatory documentation (proof of compliance).

Intervention modes

  • WebEx sessions to prepare interventions (1–2 teleconferences).

  • Onsite interventions on a schedule decided by the client (quarterly, six-monthly, annual).

  • Provision of a customised document outlining new requirements and their impact on the units concerned.
