Inspections comprise identification of the monitored individual, product or process, and specify the date of inspection, its periodicity, and the scheduled date of the next inspection. A manager can be designated for each inspection or set of inspections.
Alerts can remind the managers about upcoming inspections. These alerts can be set by an administrator, including defining their frequency.
The software also provides consolidated reports of all planned and completed checks for a given level of organisation (subsidiary, establishment, site, sector, process, activity, etc.). These reports can be filtered according to generic criteria (e.g. manager, inspection status, etc.) or on the basis of customised decision support criteria (e.g. source, type of action, efficiency, etc.), facilitating the identification of priority inspections.
